According DAJ Hockey Owner and Boston Pride Hockey Consultant Dave Jensen, "Jillian has been to our DAJ Skills Center numerous times and her work ethic is unmatched. She also does a wonderful job working with our young Skills Center members on hockey fundamentals -- the kids love working with her."
"The number of girls participating in our camps and clinics has increased dramatically this year," Jensen continued. "It's great to have quality people like Jillian and the Pride players, who these girls can look to as role models.
An outstanding student-athlete, Dempsey enjoyed a stellar four-year career with The Harvard Crimson before joining the pro ranks with the CWHL's Boston Blades in 2013-14. She led all rookies in scoring that year and was named CWHL Rookie of the Year. The following year she helped the Blades to the CWHL championship.
Dempsey also played for the United States National Team at the Four Nation's Cup in 2011
In 2015-16, Dempsey joined several ex-Blades players with the Pride en route to a league championship in the inaugural NWHL season.
