"Just Awesome! Amazing Camp.  Thank You!"

"Nobody teaches the fundamentals of hockey better than DAJ Hockey. They give each young player their full attention and pass on the knowledge they've gained as NHL players in a fun and inspirational way.

I've been to several of their camps and I am convinced that the DAJ approach is the best way to teach young players."

"Dave Jensen and Glen Featherstone are excellent teachers, who can make any youngster a better hockey player.

Having the off-ice facility, on-ice camps and NHL Pro instruction makes DAJ and unbeatable option for improving hockey skills. Dave and Glen clearly enjoy what they do and they really care about these kids."

"What I like most about the DAJ Camps and Skills sessions is that the DAJ team corrects mistakes kids are making that they don't get to work on in normal team practices.  The DAJ staff helps my son with these adjustments in his shooting and passing techniques and the results are amazing.

Having been a professional tennis player, I understand the importance of approaching skill developments the right way and continuously improving your skill level the right way.

Another thing I really like is that while the DAJ Camps have grown in popularity, they maintain their 4:1 player-to-coach ratio. There's not a lot of standing around. The kids maintain a good heart rate and it keeps them working hard.  The kids come out of each session sweating -- but laughing.

Glen Featherstone keeps them laughing while he challenges them and pushes them to improve. He's got a nickname for each kid. The kids really respond to him and the DAJ staff and they seem to improve with every session."

"My son took part in the Christmas vacation camp and loved every second of it! He is dying to go back again for the February vacation camp and went to skills today!

He would go every day if he could!!

Impressed with how much one on one time each child gets!

Love this program."

"DAJ is an excellent skills center for young hockey players and the summer camps improve their game, as well.  All three of my kids have used the skills camps.

Dave Jensen and Glen Featherstone are great instructors and my kids always work hard there and learn how to be better players.

Because of Dave and Glen, they have had success in the sport. One plays for Northeastern Women's Club Hockey Team, one for the South Shore King's and the other for the Spitfires Girls Hockey Program."

"My 7 year old participated In this camp. Very organized. The speeches the coaches and guests made to the kids were fantastic. My son cannot wait to go back in February. Thank you!"

"A BIG thank you to DAJ Hockey for all of their work with Olivia over the past 7 months (more to come).

All of you foster such a sincere love for the sport, and you pass that along to all the young players you train.

I can't say enough good things about DAJ Hockey. You guys are the best."

Dear Dave,

I just wanted to extend a long overdue thank you to yourself and the entire coaching staff.

Jacob absolutely loves attending these skills camps and we truly have seen a big difference in his ability over the past seven weeks. More importantly, he has had the best time and really has seemed to have gained appreciation for the team sport- although, has also developed a quiet pride over his ability to check bigger kids!

We are really looking forward to continuing / beginning the hockey season with the Brown Bears and hope to return to a DAJ Skills camp during his next break.

Be well and keep inspiring your kids!

With heartfelt gratitude,

Kathleen

"My son has worked with David A. Jensen and Glen Featherstone throughout the summer at D.A.J. Skillz, and not only have his skills improved, but his enjoyment of playing hockey has as well. David, Glen, and the entire team, make sure these kids have fun first and foremost.

They incorporate skills, proper methods and the philosophy of more touches, more action, more shooting, more playing, less waiting into fun games and competitions at these camps. The kids take a break from the ice and play street hockey as well as other games, then back on the ice for scrimmages.

I have been witness to many camps and summer leagues in various sports over the years, but I have never seen someone look forward to the next day of camp as much as Steven did, and be so disappointed when Thursday came.
This is a great opportunity to see what impact professional hockey players can have on the skills and enjoyment of the game for young players.

It is something that they will all write about on that “what I did this summer” paper during the first week of school."

There's more one-on-one here, compared to when he's in the group on the ice. He loves it, absolutely loves it. He's always asking when we are coming to DAJ Hockey"
